We measure growth
not only by the number of people we make employable, but also by the
hope that each person we come in contact with will find courage and
a new outlook on life.
Our goal is to make people feel good about themselves. Of course our
focus is to provide those services that will bring someone back into
the workforce, but for many WIB staff members and volunteers, our
satisfaction comes from knowing we’ve made a difference in someone’s
life.
Each day we are faced with challenges from every socio-economic class.
Many come to us as a last resort, when everything they’ve tried
on their own has failed.
The WIB provides hope, direction and a manageable plan to get people
back on track and feel proud about who they are and what they can
become. We’ll continue our mission as long as we are needed.
The WIB humbly thanks all of those responsible for our past, present
and future success stories.
